Our ballistic helmets are modelled off the well used Ops-Core Fast Helmet Maritime High Cut. This style of helmet is currently being used by militaries and police across the world. They are rated 3a and can withstand handgun rounds up to .44 magnum. The cut of the helmet is designed with hearing protection and communication in mind allowing for the operator to run hearing protection/comms either underneath the helmet or directly mounted to it via the ARC rails. The ARC rails can also be used to mount a variety of accessories to the helmet. In addition to the ARC rails the helmet also comes with a wilcox mount to allow for the mounting of Night vision or Thermal optics. Our FAST helmets are constructed out of Aramid to provide the best protection against both direct penetration and the subsequent backface deformation, as well as being lightweight to provide comfort to the user when being worn for extended periods of time. Our helmets are fully adjustable with a dial ratcheting system to accommodate various headsizes as well as removable foam inserts so that you can reposition them inside the helmet to fit your head properly. They are fully compatible with any after market components designed to fit an Ops Core Fast Helmet. The helmets come in a variety of colours with the ones we carry being Olive, Tan and Black. We have two sizes available a M-L and a L-XL, you can find the sizing dimensions in the sizing chart below. The wight of the helmet is 1.5kg. Imported.
